Carrera del domingo / Sunday race

Buenas noches. Hoy me puse de acuerdo con @ruthnorvelis y @minerva1 para correr, tanto en la mañana como en la noche. Nos fue bastante bien, llegando a completar más de 6 kilómetros cada una.

En la mañana estuvimos todas corriendo a un ritmo de 9 y 10 minutos por kilómetro, algo realmente positivo para mí. @ruthnorvelis iba un poco más rápido que nosotras, lo reconozco; sin embargo, nos fue superbién. En esta carrera logramos superar los 3 km a un ritmo de 9:32 al final.

Para la segunda carrera la intención era superar lo hecho en la mañana, y para eso nos fuimos al Paseo Aeróbico. Lo disfruté muchísimo y me sentí muy bien al ver que el recorrido de 3 kilómetros lo realicé a un ritmo de 8:59. Pude correr mucho más rápido y con una comodidad aún mayor, así que cada vez que tenga oportunidad voy a aprovechar para correr en lugares como este.

Hablando de cómo me siento al correr estos días, la verdad no estaba acostumbrada a trotar, ni siquiera caminar rápido, con todo he podido hacerlo y he visto mejoría a medida que pasan los días. Deseo seguir corriendo, sobre todo con la meta de aumentar mi resistencia física y cuidar mi salud y es justo por eso que pienso seguir haciéndolo.

Good evening. Today I agreed with @ruthnorvelis and @minerva1 to run, both in the morning and in the evening. We did pretty well, managing to complete over 6 kilometers each.

In the morning we were all running at a pace of 9 and 10 minutes per kilometer, a real positive for me. @ruthnorvelis was a bit faster than us, I admit; however, we did super well. In this race we managed to get through the 3km at a 9:32 pace at the end.

For the second race the intention was to surpass what we did in the morning, and for that we went to the Paseo Aeróbico. I really enjoyed it and it felt great to see that the 3 km run was done at a pace of 8:59. I was able to run much faster and even more comfortably, so every chance I get I'm going to take the opportunity to run in places like this.

Talking about how I feel running these days, the truth is I was not used to jogging, not even walking fast, yet I have been able to do it and I have seen improvement as the days go by. I want to keep running, especially with the goal of increasing my physical endurance and taking care of my health and that's exactly why I plan to keep doing it.
