Saludos amigos....
Pues les cuento que está es mi segunda semana del #Reto de @Hiverun, me ha costado un poco ya que es mi primera vez corriendo 21 días consecutivos, pero cada vez que pienso en no hacerlo algo pasa e inmediatamente digo "Si se puede".
Por ejemplo, está semana @Danielvehe comentó que no tenías ánimos de correr y luego salió, la carrera me la debe a mi 🤣🤣 él comento eso y me me pareció cómico, pero también son cosas que definitivamente te impulsan a seguir.
Me he sentido muy cansada, lo que fue el día viernes y Sabado de esta semana pensé que las piernas no me iban a responder en plena carrera, justamente fueron los días que mi tiempo subió, tanto así que anoche tuve que tomarme un relajante muscular antes de dormir para poder amanecer con menos dolor en las piernas, estoy pendiente de hacer una terapia de frio, como me lo recomendó @erilej, he leído acerca de eso y los resultados mostrados son óptimos.
Hoy llegué a mi día 14, es decir, ya mañana empieza la cuenta regresiva, para que solo falte una semana y cumplir el reto a cabalidad, cabe resaltar que hoy corrí en un sitio que no es el habitual, esto, debido a que los dias domingos son muy solos por la parte que suelo correr y eso me da un poco de miedo, sin embargo debo decir que este sitio me agrado bastante.
Por hoy me despido, muy contenta por lo que he podido lograr, solo me faltan 7 días, que sé que los cumpliré.

For example, this week @Danielvehe commented that you didn't feel like running and then went out, the race owes it to me 🤣🤣 he commented that and I found it comical, but they are also things that definitely push you to keep going.
I have been feeling very tired, what was Friday and saturday of this week I thought that my legs were not going to respond me in full race, just were the days that my time went up, so much so that last night I had to take a muscle relaxant before bed to be able to wake up with less pain in my legs, I am pending to do a cold therapy, as recommended by @erilej, I have read about that and the results shown are optimal.
Today I reached my 14th day, that is, tomorrow begins the countdown, so that only one week left and meet the challenge in full, it should be noted that today I ran in a place that is not the usual, this, because Sundays are very lonely for the part that I usually run and that gives me a little scary, however I must say that I liked this site quite a lot.
For today I say goodbye, very happy for what I have been able to achieve, I only have 7 days left, I know I will fulfill them.
