Weekend is the right time to enjoy the morning with clean air. That's because the road is very quiet because many people are still at home or even go to crowded places such as public spaces to exercise. The interesting thing that happens here, many people like to exercise on weekends because there are various events to welcome CFD (Car Free Day).
Usually at CFD there will be many interesting events, such as Zumba together, food and beverage bazaars, souvenirs and door prizes. That's what makes the streets look quiet. So I really like it. Quiet streets can make you more motivated to run.
I'm in the process of increasing my running distance. However, I seem to only be able to run 3km with this weight. Of course after running I actually do some activities such as walking 1 km, but I only record when I run, 1 km is enough to interfere with the pace record on Strava.
My job that requires physical activity must also be adjusted to running activities. Actually I still run 10k steps but in many ways. That's what makes me healthy now. You should know that two years ago my weight reached 140 kg. After 2 years of doing a morning running and walking routine, I finally managed to reach 104 kilograms.
The answer is slowly but surely.
