Running is very important for us to keep our health beautiful and good. If we want to keep bad diseases like diabetes and our health beautiful and good, then we should run regularly. Because through this, the blood circulation of the body increases and our body remains healthy and beautiful.

So I started a wonderful program and I decided to connect my health with the #hiverun community. And in continuation of this, I started the first program today.

For this I had to install a #strava software and set it up. After setting it up I started my activity and today on February 13th I started my activity very nicely.

I woke up early in the morning and I got ready for exercise. But after getting ready, I felt quite cold. But since I had to keep my health in good shape, the cold was a small matter for me. So I decided to wear a pair of pants and I used my shoes and I went outside for a run.

First of all I took the help of a map and I started running from my location. Because I know that running in the morning plays a very important role in our health. So I connected the map from my specific location and started running from there.

I ran a huge amount of time from 5 minutes to a total of 14 minutes. I got tired after running for a while. Because this was my first exercise and my first activity with the community. So I got tired after starting my activity for a while. But here is one thing to note, I was constantly counting my activities through the app Stava. Because I want to increase my activity more and keep my health better.

I kept running. While running, I reached a huge empty field. I noticed on the side of the road some elderly women who also ran in the morning to keep their health good and to protect themselves from serious diseases like diabetes. Seeing them, I was even more inspired. At least I got some companions for running in the morning.

However, it was almost morning before I could start my activities. For this, they returned home and I continued my activities there alone for quite some time.

This time I did some physical exercise in the empty field. Because by exercising, the blood circulation level of the body increases and the bad tonic is removed from the body. I spent some time there and after the last wonderful activity here, I left for my home again. Because I was a little scared in the empty field. I tell you again, there were no people in the empty field. That is why I did some physical exercise there for some time and I left for my home again.

I completed the first day's activities in a total of 17 minutes. That is, I covered about one and a half kilometers of road in just 17 minutes. Then I stopped there and I returned to my home on the same road. But by then the sun had risen in the morning and I saw the sun rise in the morning after about six months.

I had to cross 17 minutes to start my first activity of the first day. However, since I crossed 17 minutes, I reached my desired goal and then I had to cross 17 minutes again. I continued this running activity for a total of 34 minutes.

Finally, I reached my house and there I finished my activity. I crossed 34 minutes and ran a total of three kilometers.
