Saludos, comunidad de Runners, les deseo el mejor de los días, en esta oportunidad, les vengo a compartir un trote mañanero que realice ayer junto a Crisly.
Para varias en recorrido que siempre damos hoy trabajamos en dirección contraria, comenzando el trote hacia el lado izquierdo, esto significa que nos tocaría trotar por una gran subida, así que nos preparamos mentalmente.
Para poder llevar por primera vez esta aventura física, tratamos de pasar por los espacios planos para descansar un poco, recuperarnos y avanzar con el reto.
La continua subida no era tan empinada, el espacio plano fue un campo donde las personas suelen ir a trotar, dimos una vuelta y continuamos, ahora que lo pienso bien, si diéramos dos vueltas lograríamos realizar los 5 kilómetros, para el próximo trote pudiéramos intentarlo.
El siguiente nivel de esta subida era más fuerte, debido a que prácticamente son dos subidas, no existe un espacio plano, es una bajada donde uno descansa; pero al regresar la bajada se transforma en una gran subida.
Después de este proceso llegamos al final de la subida, para lograr descansar en una bajada. Próximamente, llega una subida suave y larga que al final se hace un poco agotador por las experiencias anteriores, pero sí se pudo. Después de ahí nos toda una bajada de gloria para finalizar este reto de subidas del día de ayer.
Celebre mucho junto a @crily.love cuando finalizamos, ambos sabíamos que no era algo fácil, nos costó un poco más no nos rendimos, que bueno poder activarse físicamente con tu pareja; esto nos aporta mucho en nuestra relación, ayudándonos a pro activarnos en todos los espacios que nos toque abordar en nuestros días laborales.

Greetings, Runners community, I wish you the best of days, in this opportunity, I come to share with you a morning jog that I did yesterday with Crisly.
For several in the route that we always do today we worked in the opposite direction, starting the jog to the left side, this means that we would have to jog up a big climb, so we prepared ourselves mentally.
In order to take on this physical adventure for the first time, we tried to go through the flat spaces to rest a bit, recover and move forward with the challenge.
The continuous climb was not so steep, the flat space was a field where people usually go jogging, we did a lap and continued, now that I think about it, if we did two laps we could make the 5 kilometers, for the next jog we could try todo it.
The next level of this climb was stronger, because it is practically two ascents, there is no flat space, it is a descent where one rests; but when returning the descent becomes a great climb.
After this process we reach the end of the climb, to rest on a downhill. Next comes a smooth and long climb that at the end is a bit tiring because of the previous experiences, but it was possible. After that we had a glorious descent to finish this challenge of yesterday's climbs.
I celebrated a lot with @crily.love when we finished, we both knew it was not something easy, it cost us a little more but we did not give up, it's great to be able to be physically active with your partner; this brings us a lot in our relationship, helping us to pro-activate in all the spaces that we have to deal with in our working days.
