Finally, Run Until 6K

Hello everyone, how are you? I have some good news in my weekly running training. This makes me quite happy. This week, I reached 6K. This is an achievement.

Tonight, after Maghrib, I ran. Because this morning I was too lazy to leave the house, so I took the opportunity to run in the afternoon. My running location was at Lapangan Banteng. Quite close to my boarding house.

Usually, I take the time to run at Gelora Bung Karno. This location is often my exercise. In total I can only do 3.5 laps. The run earlier, could actually reach 7 or 10K. Only me, some people started to crowd the field.

There was a music concert here too. How much pace can I reach? I was quite surprised with my running pace this time. Very fast, more than usual. The first two weeks when using Strava, my pace reached 5.5. After that, it dropped to 6.5 pace. Up again at 4.0 pace.

This time, with a total of 6K my running pace reached an average of 3.0 pace. That's quite fast, and I didn't realize it. Apart from increasing the number of kilometers, the running pace is also getting faster. It seems that I have to increase the number of weekly runs again, to 3 times a week.

I'm quite happy with this. That's just my story. See you in another story. Tomorrow or Tuesday, I will update you on my running progress. See you
