Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Today, the Muslim community officially fasts for the next 30 days. Finally, this agenda has arrived. What about running activities? Again, that's what I think.

Running in the morning is definitely not possible. This running sport is very much in touch with sleep hours. Of course, after running we can't drink. If I run in the morning, it's dangerous. I might not fast because I'm thirsty after running. Again, I'm thinking of running at night.
What about my weekly running activities? This week, because the agenda is a bit busy and I often come home late. I only run once a week. I happen to be in Cianjur, and it's not possible to run at night.

The dark atmosphere and the edge of the rice fields are very difficult to run. I'm actually new to this place. When I run, I'm also a bit afraid of getting lost and having difficulty returning home. What about my Pace score?
Before I tell you about my Pace, I also think I find it difficult to run because the roads are damaged. Actually, the scenery here is very nice and comfortable, but the road sections here are difficult to compromise. So, in this graph I walked for quite a long time.
Well, for my Pace it turned out to be quite high. For the first kilometer my Pace reached 7: 58. The second kilometer reached 7: 02 and the last kilometer reached 8: 58. In the second kilometer, Very fast again. I need to learn to stay concentrated and consistent.
That's all I can tell you, what do you think? My target to get 5K I am very excited. See you again.

You're right, the road is in very bad condition, so it's difficult to run well, but you did your best and got a good time despite the difficulties, good luck with reaching 5 kilometers.
Your running development is fantastic to hear,Nurdiani! You sound like you are battling over your surroundings and timetable, yet you are still advancing.Your speed, especially the second kilometer, astounds me!It's logical that the routes are keeping you from maintaining a steady speed, but you are obviously bent on betterment.I'm looking forward for you to attain your 5K objective.Keep up the great job!Keep in mind that even small advancements over time add up,consistency is everything.
