Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Today, I went running again. There is one plan that I want to pursue this month, which is to join a 5k race at the end of the month, before Ramadan arrives.

I saw that a friend of mine is the ambassador, so it seems like I need to join. But, for some reason this run was quite hard. Not even a kilometer, I felt like I was almost out of breath. I lowered my running pace a lot.

Even though I ran about 3K. I was short of breath and in the third kilometer, I felt like I was going to faint. Moreover, I ran during the day. I asked my friend why this could happen. The previous week I was fine.

It turned out that this was because of my sleep pattern. I slept less than 4 hours. I forgot, I shouldn't have stayed up late last night. So, this run was not optimal. Before running, I also tried drinking coffee as an energy booster.

I have experienced something similar, I felt like I was going to faint when exercising pound fit without having breakfast first. The lesson this time is, get enough sleep before running. Don't forget to drink enough so that your body doesn't get dehydrated.

This year, I also plan to take part in several races under 10K. While maximizing my physical condition. Running is also part of healing and calming my mind from a number of things. Another target is to exercise more regularly, because I no longer work in an office, it seems like it should be easier to exercise.

For the amount of Pace this time, it was enough 9:58. Pace Usually I run around 8:30. I really learned to get enough sleep. I don't want to experience the same thing again. That's all I can tell. See you in the next story.
