Weekly Run Report: Just 3K

Hello everyone, how are you? This weekend running feels hard. I am still sick, my cough and flu have not subsided. Yesterday, I tried to run. It turned out, I couldn't reach my two kilometers. In fact, yesterday I ran around the national monument. Where there is a sufficient sports area and many people exercise.

Last week, I didn't run. Because the GPS signal was not very good. I still ran, but it was not recorded in Strava. Only this Sunday, I was able to reach 3 kilometers. Even that was quite difficult to achieve because my condition was not fit. How is the recap?

I ran from around Salemba to the HI roundabout. Coincidentally, there was a car free day, so I tried to exercise. Right in the area where there were many people, I stopped running. The HI roundabout is the area with the most people to exercise in Jakarta. There are several sellers and it is full.

Total Pace for the running distance this morning was 7:53 with a total distance of 3.32 kilometers. I was often tired earlier. So, I stopped a lot about 4 minutes from the total run. It seems, I need to increase the distance too. This year, I will have a lot of free time. I will try to run in the morning.

ini Maintaining health and exercising are important things at the beginning of the year. Another task for running, maintaining a stable Pace so that my running is not too tiring and my stomach hurts. Yesterday, I felt a stomachache. So, I stopped before I even ran two kilometers. That's all I can tell for this running story. See you again.
