Started Running Again After a Long Hip Injury

Hello, how are you? I hope you are always healthy!!! After a long time of not exercising, especially in running sports, this time I will share a moment of running with my friends last Sunday. The reason I haven't exercised for a long time is the waist injury that I experienced and made me unable to do activities that involve hard muscles, besides that in the midst of the routine of working every day is not an easy thing to take the time to do sports especially there are still other activities such as college that I have to do every weekend, but from now on I will try to exercise maybe twice a week or once a week is also no problem so that the condition of body fitness is maintained.

Exercise is very important to do in addition to maintaining body fitness, exercise can also maintain the body's weight to remain ideal, this I realized after seeing my weight which was increasing dramatically and might exceed the ideal limit of my own height. In addition, by exercising the body is not susceptible to disease and is not easily tired when doing activities, considering that my work routine often meets with many people and requires quite a lot of energy.

On this running occasion, my friend and I ran in the Gelora Bungkarno International Stadium area which happened to be not far from where I live. I started running at 05:31 PM and took 39 minutes with a distance of 3.19 kilometers or 3 laps around the stadium 3 times. Indeed, the distance I get is not far but for me this is a good start for people who have not exercised for a long time like me, with a back injury that I have experienced I do not dare to run at a high speed, with a repetitive routine I hope to maintain a healthy body and may be able to increase speed or adjust my body that has been trained.

On this running occasion, the weather was also very favorable and quite crowded because maybe many people had a weekend off. That's all I can share this time, hopefully I can exercise consistently in the future. Greetings everyone!!!.
