This week for me was a little more active trying to regain the pace, this week I reached a little more than 26km I had a few weeks without achieving it also managed to train on a Saturday that for me is almost impossible to run that day.
In my workouts I started with mountain training with a double ascent the same day in a 6k workout and 258mts of positive elevation gain, the second workout was 7k mixed with 4k of flat running and the remaining 3k with a mountain climb to finish.
Wednesday was rest and on Thursday I did a route from my house to the store of 8k, this route has some slope and many false flat also affects the route the many sidewalks that I have to go up and down that I consider put some difficulty to the training.
And to close the week yesterday I went out early to pick up a gardener for some activities at my house and I took the opportunity to run 5k flat, this training I felt very heavy and tired which made me make my race intermittent and not achieve an even race as I usually do.
This week I start training on Tuesday and we will see if I can keep the distance or overcome it.

Queridos amigos espero estén muy bien y su semana de entrenamientos haya fluido de maravilla.
Está semana para mí fue un poco más activa tratando de recuperar el ritmo, está semana alcance un poco más de 26km tenía unas cuantas semanas sin lograrlo también logré entrenar un sábado que para mí es casi imposible correr ese día.
En mis entrenamientos inicie con entrenamiento de montaña con doble ascenso el mismo día en un entrenamiento de 6k y 258mts de desnivel positivo, el segundo entrenamiento fue de 7k mixto con 4k de carrera plana y los 3k restantes con una subida a la montaña para finalizar.
El miércoles fue de descanso y el jueves hice una ruta desde mi casa a la tienda de 8k está ruta tiene algo de desnivel y muchos falsos planos también afecta en la ruta las muchas aceras que toca subir y bajar que considero le ponen algo de dificultad al entrenamiento.
Y para cerrar la semana ayer salí temprano a buscar a un jardinero para unas actividades en mi casa y aproveché de correr 5k planos, este entrenamiento sentí mucha pesadez y cansancio lo que me hizo hacer mi carrera intermitente y no lograr una carrera pareja como ya acostumbro.
Está semana empiezo a entrenar el día martes ya veremos si logro mantener la distancia o superarla.
Esto es todo por ahora seguimos entrenando y sumando kilómetros de salud.
