The things I took care of were then ignored.
In the past few days, I haven't had enough sleep because of some personal tasks that were busier than usual. So, when the next day I really needed to run, of course I felt my body was a bit shaky.
That day was February 5, 2025.
I started at the same time. The difference was, my pace increased to 8/km. Of course because I didn't have much energy and that day, I felt why my relaxed run actually spurred a high heart rate? Namely a max of 173 bpm.
Not because I forced myself, again I really forgot that I hadn't slept enough. So, I let my pace stay at 8/km. Then I finished my run with a total time of 41:43 minutes with a total distance of 5:04 kilometers and an average pace of 8:17 km.
After cooling down, I played around with the cats in Gintunng for a while. Here, there are many stray cats that actually look healthy. Although some are not well-maintained, at least they never go hungry because there are always generous people who provide wet food for them.
