The bad news is, this week I often have a fever and my legs hurt, so I decided not to run for a full week. Honestly, I miss you so much. Hopefully tomorrow will be better and I can run.
This time I will write a review of my run that I did on February 1. Run as a sweet February welcome. At that time the weather was very comfortable and cool. As usual, I only ran five kilometers with a total time of 38:12 minutes and the total average was 7:36/km.
After running, I sat comfortably around the lake, watching someone who was struggling with his gecko and against the current of the wind. A few others were busy looking at the fishing rod hoping that there would be a fish that caught their hook.
Why is it so comfortable to sit for a while and do this kind of exercise? I feel like I'm in a far away place where there is no hustle and bustle and fatigue of a city. Sports always make me feel relaxed and happy. I feel grateful to continue wanting to run and exercise. What's exciting is sometimes, when playing sports and remembering someone we miss, or actually thinking of another creative idea.
