The last week of October I have a running recap that I'm writing here at once. For the first run I did on October 29, 2024 with a total distance of 7.03 km. It was a very comfortable run. The lake was still quiet, the wind was not strong, and the sun was already starting to fade was a super perfect combination for my running agenda.
As usual, after a short warm-up, I went straight into my run with a pace of 8:30/km. I ran so carefree that even to reach 7 kilometers, I was always stable with the pace as before. Even if there was an increase in speed, it was only a fraction of a second at most. Judging from the splitts, I tend to be stable,
With a duration of 59:17 I completed my 7 kilometers pleasantly. Average pace was 8:26 and I burned about 418 calories.
Then for the second run, which I did on November 1 for greeting to this month. Ha ha ha.
I ran 5 kilometers to welcome November with the hope that this month I will be more diligent, more productive, and think of more ideas for my work.
my work. This time, I went back to my previous pace, which was a pace of 7. I started at a pace of almost 8, then as the distance increased, my speed increased little by little.
With a total time of 37:31 minutes, I covered 5.05 km with an average pace of 7:25/km. I burned 258 calories, but I'm still grateful for all my achievements, especially if I'm self-aware of the importance of exercise.
