Yeah... hello dear runners...

You know what? The weather in my place is very unpredictable, one day it rains and the next day it doesn't rain. But, what I am grateful for is that I am very healthy, I hope you guys are too.

By the way.. for this post, I'm also going to write down my recap that I did twice this week. Unfortunately, the distance I travelled this week was the same as last week. There was no increase in distance. But, I'm still thankful to myself.

So, let's start with the first run recap. I did this on Wednesday, 6 October 2024. the routine and route remained unchanged. On this Wednesday, I was aiming to run a maximum of one hour, regardless of the distance I would get.

So I started off running at a pace of 8/km in the first kilometre I kept going at that pace. However, the truth is that I kept at a pace that was not far from 8. It only went up around a pace of 7.40. But after finishing, I found out that my fastest split was at 6:17/km. I finished my run at 53:24 minutes with a total distance of 7.04 km and an average pace of 7:35/km. Not bad for me to have burnt 383 calories. Ha ha ha

Then for the second running session I did on Friday, 8 November 2024. For the initial pace, I took a speed of 7.00. this is a pretty fast starting step than usual. For today I only ran 5.03 km with a total time of 37:22 minutes and an average pace of 7:25.

I'm so happy to be back to my normal twice a week running schedule. Indeed, I can't take many schedules for running. So, twice is very nice and I feel very fit.

After my run, as usual, I sat down to enjoy the afternoon breeze, the orange sun, and of course I didn't forget to take a thumbs-up selfie. Ha ha ha
