Hola Hiverun Runners...
Before doing this weekly exercise, I asked my friend why sometimes we feel so tired to do exercise after work. My friend validated it as a lot of energy being drained. He suggested doing something other than running, but I couldn't heed it because I didn't join any other sports club like that which has a lot of clubs. After that, it rained and made me have to be sure again whether this week I skipped my weekly exercise again?
While waiting for the rain to stop, I lay down for a while. After it started to get dark, I finally got my strength to do it. I wanted to run around the housing complex, on the route I usually take. That would be more efficient. So I did one lap in the park near the complex then went to the residential road, then ended up on the highway.

In the first KM I felt no obstacles. Once my running terrain changed, I felt a little heavy. That was when I entered the second KM. Then when the third KM and I got off the highway, noise pollution, wind, and mistakes in hydrating my body, I finally felt pain at the end of the third km. I didn't want to take any risks, so I stopped at the third KM, even though I wanted to improve my distance as 5 KM. It's been a long time since I ran that far. Maybe later.
At this time I feel 50% comfort and 50% heavy after hydrating. Let's be better next time.

Hopefully next run I will improving my distance, at least 5 KM, so I have to preparing it like I have a race. By the way, how about your exercise?
