Saturday Run in Gelora Bung Karno 🏃🏃🏃

Hola Hiverun Runners...

How was your training this week? Did it go smoothly? For me, after a week of not running, I returned to my favorite running arena, Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. Indeed, for running or exercise, I should not do it in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium which was there is closer place from my house, but I still did it because doing running in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium is such a double activity, running and strolling around. It will reduce my boredom.

When I arrived at GBK, the weather was very sunny. It wasn’t windy and it wasn’t hot either, so it was a good time to do some stretching first. Yup, warming up. Although it was a bit short, I started this week’s training with a little warming up. And then, I ran outside the Gelora Bung Karno main stadium circle.

At first, I wanted to run in the inner circle, but when I saw that there were too many people inside, I chose to run a random route. So I chose the outer half circle then exited the main stadium arena and went to a more spacious area. It was the outer complex, where there were lots of vehicles passing by. I thought I would be very stressed when running in this outer circle, but in fact, I wasn't that stressed. It's just that, it can't be denied, that I felt heavy because my digestion didn't feel okay. But finally, I was able to complete the mandatory run. In fact, the distance is better than yesterday.

So here is my exercise result.

This Week Running
Distance: 3.57 KM
Time: 32:14 Minutes
Pace: 08.25"/km

Hopefully next run I will improving my distance, at least 5 KM, so I have to preparing it like I have a race. By the way, how about your exercise?
