It's the greyish one to the right of namsan. This is taken from near 신논현 on a very clear day.
How it should be on a "normal" day 😏
Yup, I can see the peak 백운대 today (its in that photo far right above the building). It's 17km away and I can only distinguish trees from rock faces. Whereas namsan tower is only 6km away and I can distinguish a lot more features clearly.
