Bitcoin is creating a new wave of millionaires—and probably even multi-billionaires—and we can't even say the industry has peaked yet. We’re no longer just getting started, but we’re not that far down the road either. Simple as that.

For the first time, we have an American president who’s not only pro-Bitcoin but also willing to establish strategic reserves for BTC. That’s massive, IMO. And while the whole world hasn’t yet acknowledged Bitcoin as a store of value or whatever, this is already something big.

I don’t know how profitable mining Bitcoin still is, but if it wasn’t worth it, they wouldn’t be doing it at the scale they are now. My country might not be the best destination for Bitcoin miners, but I know for sure there are a few doing it.

One of them is a multi-millionaire who supported a right-wing presidential candidate—something that caught the elites off guard and triggered them into canceling the elections. No one saw this guy coming, yet he got a huge number of votes in the first round. Turns out, he was heavily backed by a crypto multi-millionaire.

A young guy mining Bitcoin, trading, and living a wealthy life thanks to crypto. And guess what? The other day, he got arrested by Romania’s corrupt system for supporting this candidate. Not only is he now dragged into court and publicly exposed as a crypto millionaire (which is dangerous, IMO), but his Binance accounts are frozen.

Authorities requested Binance to freeze his assets back in December last year, and to this day, he still hasn’t regained access. If he planned to sell BTC above $100,000, well… tough luck. He can’t. That’s just insane.

Both he and Binance share some responsibility for this mess. If I were him, I sure as hell wouldn’t keep any crypto on an exchange. But beyond that, this situation just proves the old saying yet again: Not your keys, not your crypto.

I haven’t used Binance in a long time. In fact, I don’t keep any crypto on any exchange anymore. I’ve always criticized Binance for being way too obedient to shady authorities, and yet, CZ still had to do time in a U.S. prison. Guess you can never be too compliant.

Crypto was supposed to be about financial freedom, breaking away from corrupt systems, and building a better world. But in reality? It’s just a casino. They should not have frozen this man’s funds without clear proof that he’s a criminal. And he’s not.

He’s just a crypto millionaire who tried to help a decent guy win the election—by sponsoring his TikTok campaign and pushing him into the spotlight without making him spend a dime on a traditional presidential campaign.

But the system didn’t like that. And now, they’re trying to make life a living hell for everyone who helped him—including the most loved presidential candidate Romania has ever had.

Anyway… have a great Friday, and catch you all next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
