digital painting girl and butterflies on hair in photoshop

hi , today i'm not so well but i am on my laptop and doing my daily works , such as painting and my nft 3d artworks
just have pain on my back since yesterday and its getting better now ,
i think i lost motivation to work on 3d artworks , and i dont know what is the reason , although it is a good way to go forward but im stopping these days , just passing time by looking at videos , i need some motivation to start again
