This is Shushtar Blue Mill, a very beautiful place in the middle of Shushtar city
We were passing through this city during our trip and decided to visit this place as well
The air in the city was warm, but when we went inside the mills, there was a lot of dams there, and it was because of the rapid currents of water in the canals and rivers, and the mills there, which were many and side by side.

The water in these channels is boiling every moment and continues to move through the underground channels and on the ground, which makes you feel the cold air there.
Very interesting mill and working with water power
As you can see in this photo, the schematic view of the mill can be seen. The water enters the oven through a channel and then moves with great force to the container of the mill blades and pushes it. It is transferred and the wheat and whatever they wanted to grind, which is in a special basket on top of the stone, gradually enters the hole on top of the stone and is ground between two stones and is thrown out due to the presence of centrifugal force, and after this stage of the product It was milled, packed, and transported by human and carrier animals

Well, in my opinion, hundreds of years to have such an idea to mill and have water canals is interesting, and the history of water mills is also interesting, and I am happy that I was able to finally go there after many years.
