Guava contains Vitamin B and Vitamin-6 which helps to keep our brain healthy. Eating guava works very well for our diarrhea, constipation and prevents cancer. Guava contains a lot of vitamin C. It does not increase the body's resistance to disease. Eating guava regularly is very important for our body. Guava increases the radiance of skin and teeth. Guava is very useful for cold. So this guava is very important for keeping our body healthy.
