As you know, a few days ago I published that I did a certification in colorimetry, where we were taught how to bleach the hair, how to use properly the formulas of each product and all the essentials to NOT mistreat it.
Cómo bien saben, hace unos días publiqué que realicé una certificación en colorimetría, en donde nos enseñaban a decolorar el cabello, usar adecuadamente las formulas de cada producto y todo lo esencial para NO maltratarlo.
Personally, it was a risky process, to be honest. I learned a lot of do's and don'ts! The important thing is that I didn't burn it, but I did make some mistakes that I will correct. I must admit that for the first time, I learned a lot from the process, something that I never imagined I would experience on my own, since I have always been supervised by a professional.
En lo personal fue un preceso arriesgado, la verdad. Aprendí mucho que hacer y que NO! Lo importante es que no lo quemé, pero sí cometí algunos errores que los corregiré. Debo admitirles que para ser la primera vez, aprendí bastante del proceso, cosa que sola jamás imaginé vivir, ya que siempre he sido supervisada por un profesional.
Here we can see that my friend's hair is medium-dark brown, with some light highlights on the ends. This was a bit of a problem for my work, because I had to lighten the strand but I wasn't going to get the same shade as the rest of the hair.
Acá podemos ver que el cabello de mi amiga es castaño medio-oscuro, con algunos reflejos claros en las puntas. ESTO perjudicó un poco mi trabajo, porque había que aclarar de igual manera el mechon pero no iba a conseguir la misma tonalidad que el resto del cabello.
Here we observed that the bleaching has several lightening tones, which is a bit complicated, since she confessed to me in the middle of the work that she had other tones, that is, residues of previous dyes in addition to the highlights she had on her ends. This made me a little angry, because it is risky to subject the hair to these chemical products, but even so, I continued with my work. But this was going to have a lot of consequences.
Por acá observamos que la decoloracion tiene varios tonos de aclaración, cosa un poco complicada, ya que ella en medio del trabajo me confesó que tenía otros tonos, o sea, residuos de tintes anteriores a parte de los reflejos que tenía en sus puntas. Esto me enfureció un poco, porque es arriesgado someter el cabello a estos productos quimicos, pero aun así, prosegui con mi trabajo. Pero esto iba a traer muchas consecuencias.
After applying the dye n°12.81, washing it, shading it, cutting it, drying it and doing some curls without so much heat, these were the results: a little bit unhappy with my work because of the history of her hair, it damaged part of my work, but that's not all, besides that, the product expanded areas that it shouldn't have since with the bleaching I was removing the dye residues that she had before. However, we will correct the obligation that our customers must tell us the truth before submitting us to these chemical processes... It is not easy to stand on your feet for many hours and not get the job done.
Luego de aplicar el tinte n°12.81, lavarlo, matizarlo, cortarlo, secarlo y hacerle algunos rizos sin tanto calor, estos fueron los resultados: un poco inconforme con mi trabajo por el historial del cabello de ella, perjudicó parte de mi trabajo, pero no lo es todo, además de ello, el producto se expandió areas que no debía hacerlo ya que con la decoloración estaba removiendo los residuos de tinte que ella tenía anteriormente. Sin embargo, corregiremos la obligación de que nuestros clientes deben decirnos la verdad antes de someternos a estos procesos quimicos... No es facil estar muchas horas de pies para no conseguir el trabajo deseado.
