Greetings friends, one of the things I like to go to the gym is to share with the group of friends in the disciplines of dance therapy and aerobics, in the Gym our group celebrates the birthdays of each member and also some anniversaries, but this time we all had a great reason to celebrate because beyond our results obtained with the hard work we do to feel good about ourselves and improve our health and our quality of life, this February 14 we celebrated the day of love and friendship. The dress code was red passion shirt, black leggings and red lips, since we always try to maintain uniformity when they are thematic classes and this time we celebrated love.
Saludos amigos, una de las cosas por las que me gusta ir al gym es para poder compartir con el grupo de amigos y amigas en las disciplinas de bailoterapia y aerobic, en el Gym nuestro grupo festeja los cumpleaños de cada integrante y también algunas efemérides, pero esta vez todos teníamos un gran motivo para celebrar ya que más allá de nuestros resultados obtenidos con el arduo trabajo que realizamos para sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos y mejorar nuestra salud y nuestra calidad de vida, este 14 de febrero celebramos el día del amor y de la amistad. El código de vestimenta fue rojo pasión la camisa, negro el leggins y labios rojos, ya que en realidad siempre tratamos de mantener la uniformidad cuando son clases temáticas y esta vez celebramos el amor.
The day was extraordinary because on this occasion we shared dual classes, this means that both the aerobics and dance therapy modalities have a programmed routine with a limited time and were alternating until the established time to close the classes. As always, my friends and I fully complied with the dress code and enjoyed this day full of joy where the photographs are evidence of all the love and affection that we show each other since we are all women and men in search of a similar goal, and that is to find physical health.
El día fue extraordinario ya que en esta ocasión compartimos clases duales, esto es que tanto las modalidades de aerobic como de bailoterapia tienen una rutina programada con un tiempo limitado y se fueron alternando hasta cumplir el horario establecido para cerrar las clases. Como siempre, mis amigas y yo cumplimos a cabalidad con el código de vestimenta y disfrutamos de este día cargadas de muchísima alegría donde las fotografías son las evidencias de todo el cariño y afecto que nos manifestamos ya que todos nosotros somos mujeres y hombres en búsqueda de un objetivo similar, y eso es encontrar la salud física.

Este compartir fue verdaderamente excepcional porque ambas modalidades hicieron que la sala de aerobic quedara abarrotada y como era una clase compartir mis amigas y yo llevamos diversos tipos de postres, pasapalos salados, cremas y hasta las amigas reposteras llevaron varias tortas. Estos días son esos días dónde en definitiva se rompe la dieta si o si, aquí nadie pone pretextos porque es el momento de disfrutar y mientras charlamos y reímos las fotos y videos iban y venían, las chicas y yo tomábamos fotos a todos, hasta nuestro amigo José compañero de baile nos llamó ¡las caras gucci! Es que mis amigas del gym son mujeres hermosamente extraordinarias tanto por dentro como por fuera. Y todas siempre nos motivamos porque en este lugar todas somos felices.
I was a little sad because several friends gave me chocolates, lollipops, cookies, cards and even jewelry, and I only brought some nuts for all of them. Me dio algo de pena porque varias amigas me obsequiaron bombones, chupetas, galletas, cartas y hasta bisutería, y yo solo llevé unos frutos secos para todas. Estos momentos desearía que fueran interminables, pero como todo llego el final del compartir. Las personas van y vienen, incluso algunas amistades van y vienen.
