Ingredientes:
Para los roles:
• 250 harina de trigo todo uso
• 40g de azúcar
• 1 huevo
• 1 yema
• 60g de mantequilla
• 1 pizca de sal
• 100g de leche
• 10g levadura seca
Para el relleno:
• 2 cucharadas de canela en polvo
• 100g de mantequilla
• 100g de azúcar
Ingredients:
• 4 egg whites weighing 113g
• 250g sugar
• 110g water
• Pastry pearls
• Golden tempering agent
• ½ tablespoon vanilla
• ½ tablespoon cream essence
• Powdered sugar
• 2 chocolate doughnuts
For the filling:
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
• 100g butter
• 100g sugar
Proceso:
Primero colocamos en un bol la harina cernida con un colador, azúcar, huevo, pizca de sal, levadura y 60 gr de mantequilla y batiremos todo integrando los 100gr de leche líquida.
Process:
First place in a bowl the flour sifted with a sieve, sugar, egg, pinch of salt, yeast and 60 grams of butter and beat everything integrating the 100 grams of liquid milk.
Ahora enharinamos el mesón y amasamos un poco hasta hacer una bola, probaremos que esté listo ya que al pisarla con un dedo quedara esa parte hundida.

Seguidamente vamos a estirar la masa con ayuda de un rodillo de manera que quede rectangular. Le colocamos encima mantequilla con una brocha, y en un recipiente uniremos la canela con azúcar y se lo esparcimos.

Vamos enrollando la masa con mucho cuidado y que vaya quedando apretado

Procedemos a cortar 2cm de grosor y vamos colocándolos en capacillos en una bandeja y dejamos reposar en un sitio que no tenga corrientes de aire y ni luz aproximadamente unos 40 minutos.

Una vez reposados precalentamos el horno a 350°F o (180°C) y con un pincel y la yema de huevo barnizamos cada rol y los metemos a hornear unos 20 minutos.
