Hola amigos de hive espero que la esten pasando exelente, en esta oportunidad les traigo una riquisima receta de unos rollos de canela ideales para compartir en casa o de aperitivos en reuniones.
Hello friends of hive I hope you are having an excellent time, this time I bring you a delicious recipe for some cinnamon rolls ideal to share at home or as snacks at meetings.
Ingredientes.
PARA LA MASA:

750g de harina de trigo.
150g de azucar
½ cucharada de levadura
375g de agua
1 o 2 huevos
2 cucharadas de mantequilla.
PARA EL RELLENO:
2 Cucharadas de mantequilla
2 Cucharadas de azucar
2 Cucharadas de canela
OPCIONAL: CAFE Y CHOCOLATE
PARA DECORAR.:
tambien es opcional decorar con queso crema.
PASO Nº 1:
En un espacio amplio para amasar colocamos la harina de trigo dejando en el centro un lugar para los demas ingredientes.
Ingredients.
FOR THE MASS:

750g of wheat flour.
150g of sugar
½ tablespoon yeast
375g of water
1 or 2 eggs
2 butter spoons.
FOR THE FILLING:
2 butter spoons
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
OPTIONAL: COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE
TO DECORATE.:
It is also optional to decorate with cream cheese.
STEP # 1:
In a large space to knead we place the wheat flour leaving a place for the other ingredients in the center.
PASO Nº2:
colocar en el centro de la harina todos los demas ingredientes y amasar de forma envolvente hasta obtener una masa suabe el cual dejaremos reposar aproximadamente unos 15m.
STEP Nº2:
Place all the other ingredients in the center of the flour and knead in an enveloping way until obtaining a soft dough which we will let rest for approximately 15m.
PASO Nº3:
Una vez reposada la masa la estiramos de manera que al hacerlo obtengamos una forma cuadrada.
STEP Nº3:
Once the dough has settled, we stretch it so that by doing so we obtain a square shape.
PASO Nº4:
Le colocamos a nuestra masa el relleno de canela y procedemos a enrollar
STEP Nº4:
We put the cinnamon filling to our dough and proceed to roll
PASO Nº5:
Una vez enrollada nuestra masa procedemos a cortarla de aproximadamente unos 2cm
STEP Nº5:
Once our dough is rolled, we proceed to cut it approximately 2cm
PASO Nº6:
Colocamos los rollos en una bandeja y dejamos elevar por unos 15m una vez elevados llevar al horno por unos15m o hasta dorar
STEP Nº6:
Place the rolls on a tray and let them rise for about 15m once raised, take to the oven for about 15m or until golden brown.
PASO Nº7:
Servir y disfrutar.
STEP Nº7:
Serve and enjoy.
