Tomamos una pechuga de pollo y la abrimos.
We take a chicken breast and open it.
Una vez abierta nuestra pechuga le colocamos una telita de jamon, queso
y tocineta.( EL QUESO ES DE TU PREFERENCIA)

Enrollamos la pechuga asegurandonos que todo quede bien apretado.
