Today, I will tell you how to cook the most delicious mushroom roast with tomato + spices. Today I went to the supermarket to buy vegetables and realized that I had been cooking with mushrooms for a long time. After buying a packet of mushrooms, tomatoes and green peppers from the aisle, I returned home. After thinking about how to prepare a practical and nutritious mushroom dish, I decided to do it this way. The preparation time of this dish is 20 minutes in total. I can say 5 minutes: washing and cutting the vegetables, 15 minutes cooking time in the pan. I used thyme and chili pepper as spices, but you can use other spices you like.
Ingredients to be Used for Mushroom Roasting:
15 mushrooms
1 tomato
1 onion
1 capia pepper
Salt, pepper and thyme
Liquid oil
Making Stages:
We will start by washing the vegetables we will use first. Normally, mushrooms need to be peeled off and cleaned, some chefs say that when the mushroom is washed, its taste decreases, but I still wash it with water. Then we cut the mushrooms in medium size and the other vegetables in small pieces. Add oil and onion to the pan. 1-2 minutes later, respectively; Add mushrooms, tomatoes, capia pepper and mix. Now we will add salt and spices and cook for 15 minutes with the pan covered. When the mushrooms are cooked and the tomatoes are juiced, the dish is ready!
