"Twin Bullies on Stage: My First Acting Experience in Tehran"

I never thought I’d step into acting, but there I was—playing one of the twin bullies in a play about a kindergarten before the Iranian Revolution. It was a story about how kids are affected by dictatorship early in life, and how it shapes their future. Even though I had no interest in acting, being on stage, hearing the applause, and feeling the energy of the audience was freeing. This experience taught me to step out of my comfort zone and discover new sides of myself.
