Hoy les vengo a mostrar uno de lo que es mi Arte favorito, un arte digital que se le denomina Ilustración
Hay momentos en que se pueden utilizar todos los rasgos de nuestro personaje, o darle algo de dramatismo y misterio, como en este caso, en mi ilustración de hoy, que solo están en su cara sus cejas, mientras que en el resto del cuerpo encontrarás un poco más detalles y colores.
A continuación les muestro el proceso de realización de esta pieza que viene desde mi corazón.
Today I come to show you one of my favorite Art, a digital art that is called illustration.
There are different types and styles in illustration, it can be very colorful and with many details or too minimalist and flat, in different degrees depending on what the artist wants to show.
There are times when you can use all the features of our character, or give it some drama and mystery, as in this case of my illustration today, which are only in his face, his eyebrows, while in the rest of the body you will find a little more details and colors.
Below I show you the process of making this piece that comes from my heart.
It all starts with a photo of the happiest day of my life, my marriage, in this photo we are 5 people celebrating the day with joy.
Esta foto la abrí en mi programa favorito para este tipo de arte, ese programa se llama paint tool sai, y es supremamente cómodo para quien quiera hacer arte digital de cualquier tipo y estilo, ya que tiene demasiadas herramientas favorables para todo esto.
I opened this photo in my favorite program for this type of art, this program is called paint tool sai, and it is extremely comfortable for those who want to make digital art of any type and style, since it has too many favorable tools for all this.
Once the photo was in the program, I clarified it to see the features a little better and opened a new layer, leaving it locked so that it would not be modified for any reason later on.
In the new layer I started to outline all the aspects that I wanted to keep of this image, I decided to make it personal only for my husband and me, since I liked very much how we were in it.
Una vez que ya tenía todos los detalles que deseaba incluir, tenía que colocar la base de líneas en una buena posición y tamaño dentro del lienzo para poder empezarlo a trabajar, por lo que utilizando algunas herramientas del programa fui colocando las líneas en posición para ser utilizada más adelante sin inconvenientes.
Once I had all the details I wanted to include, I had to place the line base in a good position and size within the canvas to start working, so using some tools of the program I was placing the lines in position to be used later without inconveniences.
And after everything is literally lined up, is where the magic of color begins, in a new layer, starting with the skin of both, a base skin color, and then just like that with paint and brush I start adding the darker tones and playing with the blending brush to achieve depth and some realism in the skin, illuminating the areas that should be illuminated and dulling the areas that should be, according to what I want to achieve, should be. And you can see how you can see the shadow of the chin on the neck, the light on the shoulders, the different tones between my husband's skin and mine.
So successively opening new layers for each element that I was adding like the hair, which by the way took a lot of my time and the clothes, little by little to eliminate from view those caricatured lines that I didn't want in my illustration. It should be noted that there are illustration styles that what is desired is a more caricature view and for this the lines are left completely visible.
Además también le agregué detalles al cabello como los colores de estos, unas trenzas y los cabellos que en mi caso son indomables. Poco a poco fui completando todas las partes de mi vestido y su camisa.
I also added details to the hair, such as hair colors, braids and hair that in my case are untamable. Little by little I completed all the parts of my dress and her shirt.
Once all the details were ready I added the eyebrows, these had to be very similar to ours, so that I could tell the world who were the ones depicted there even though they do not have any of the other facial features. I made them hair by hair, each one with the color that corresponds to them and taking as a faithful reference the real eyebrows of us.
Luego al terminar cada uno de los detalles de mi ilustración, empece a trabajar en el fondo, quería reflejar el cielo, justo en ese punto en que ya se oculta completamente el sol, probé con diferentes combinaciones del azul oscuro y morado, a parte los ultimos rayos de sol y probe con diferentes mezclas de amarillo naranja y rojo.
After finishing each of the details of my illustration, I started to work on the background, I wanted to reflect the sky, just at that point where the sun is completely hidden, I tried different combinations of dark blue and purple, apart from the last rays of sun and tried different mixtures of yellow, orange and red.
This part for me was very important because our relationship has always been very based on the night sky, we spend hours watching the sunset and then watching the stars, talking about anything that comes to mind, it is a very special and intimate part of the day where we dedicate not only time but sweetness, stories, and projections, a moment where we are just for us, without responsibilities or problems, at that moment everything disappears and only he and I are left showing us eternal love.
