INGREDIENTES
- 350 Gramos de carne molida
- 350 Gramos de queso blanco
- 1 Kilo de berenjena
- 1 Tomate
- 1 Rama de cebollín
- 1 Rama de ajo porro
- 1 Cabeza de ajo
- ½ Litro de leche
- 1 Cucharada de harina de trigo
- 1 Cucharada de azúcar
- 1 Cucharada de sal
INGREDIENTS

- 350 grams of white cheese
1 Kilo of eggplant
1 Tomato
1 Branch of chives
1 Branch of garlic joint
1 Head of garlic
½ liter of milk
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of sugar

Preparación
- Lo primero que haremos es cortar las berenjenas, algunas berenjenas estaban muy grandes así que decidí cortar a la mitad y luego en tiras. Una vez cortadas las berenjenas las asamos a fuego lento

- Sofreimos a fuego medio el ajo, el cebollín, luego el ajo porro y de ultimo el tomate. Una vez esté sofrito el aliño procedemos a incorporar la carne molida y pimienta al gusto

- Para nuestra salsa béchamel agregamos la cucharada de harina de trigo en un poquito de leche y diluimos, el resto de la leche la ponemos a hervir y agregamos la azúcar y la sal. Una vez la leche hirviendo incorporamos la mezcla ya hecha de la leche y la harina de trigo
For our béchamel sauce we add the tablespoon of wheat flour in a little milk and dilute, the rest of the milk we bring to a boil and add the sugar and salt. Once the milk is boiling, add the mixture already made of the milk and the wheat flour
- Para armar nuestro pasticho, agregamos una capa de berenjena, luego otra capa de carne molida, seguida de la salsa béchamel y de ultimo el queso. Repetimos procedimiento hasta llegar a la tercera capa
To assemble our pasticho, we add a layer of eggplant, then another layer of ground meat, followed by the béchamel sauce and lastly the cheese. We repeat the procedure until we reach the third layer
- Llevamos al horno de 15 a 20 minutos
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
