Retomando mis publicaciones les compartiré mi experiencia extraordinaria en el Maratón CAF 2025, realizado en la cuidad de Caracas, una experiencia que estuvo llena de muchas anécdotas con este grupo tan genial, como es el de Hive Run.

Getting back to my posts, I will share with you my extraordinary experience at the CAF 2025 Marathon, held in the city of Caracas, an experience that was full of many anecdotes with this great group, Hive Run..
Mi experiencia comienza desde el día sábado, el cual bien temprano me fui a la universidad en donde presenté varias evaluaciones y a eso de las 11 am me vine a la cuidad de Caracas, pasé por la casa del amigo @danielvehe buscando el toldo y también me dió las orientaciones sobre el trabajo a realizar, y dónde nos encontraremos para ayudarles en el maratón CAF 2025.

My experience begins on Saturday, when I left very early for the university where I took several exams and at around 11 am I came to the city of Caracas, I stopped by my friend @danielvehe's house looking for the awning and he also gave me instructions on the work to be done, and where we will meet to help them in the CAF 2025 marathon. ()
Este evento es de gran importancia, reúne más de 6000 mil corredores en donde hay personas de toda Venezuela y de algunos países.
This event is of great importance, it brings together more than 6,000 thousand runners where there are people from all over Venezuela and from some countries
El día sábado comenzó con la llamada del amigo @Danielvehe, bien temprano, como un buen despertador recordando que debíamos estar en el Paraíso con el toldo a las 6 am y esperar hasta ver pasar a los corredores, se nos hizo algo complicado llegar, después de varios intentos se logró el objetivo.
Esta actividad fue muy emocionante, ver pasar cada uno de ellos con la alegría y llevando con orgullo la identificación de Hive, que es una comunidad en donde cada día se va consolidando y sumando más integrantes, de lo mejores @hiveblocks en donde podemos publicar nuestras habilidades y destreza.
Saturday started with a call from our friend @Danielvehe, very early, like a good alarm clock reminding us that we had to be at Paradise with the awning at 6 am and wait until we saw the runners go by. It was a bit complicated to get there, but after several attempts we achieved the goal. This activity was very exciting, seeing each one of them go by with joy and proudly wearing the Hive identification, which is a community where every day it is consolidating and adding more members, one of the best @hiveblocks where we can publish our skills and abilities.
El punto de control en donde esperamos era el kilómetro 11, por ahí fueron pasando uno por uno, el primero fue el amigo @vandres, él llevaba un buen tiempo, súper bien que hizo el maraton de 21 k en 1. 25 minutos, mis felicitaciones para este corredor, rayo veloz, que cada vez lo hace en menos tiempo, así pasaron los corredores, luego fue la amiga @ erilej también es una buena corredora, ella realizó 42 k felicitaciones, el amigo
este maratón de la CAF 2025, le fue mucho mejor, felicitaciones , su reto este año siguió el de 42 k.@danielheve felicitaciones en
Este año le favoreció a todos los corredores que hizo un buen clima en la cuidad de Caracas. Después del amigo Danilvehe pasó @enmy por el punto de control, aproximadamente a las 7. 40 am, ella hizo el maratón 21k en 2.53 minutos mejorando su récord este año, felicidades continúa así .
Después que esperamos a todos los corredores, las orientaciones fueron que desmotáramos el toldo y nos fuéramos al parque los Caobos a esperar a los corredores, el amigo @vandres ya estaba en la meta con el otro grupo que pertenece a hive Run .
Mis compañeros en la colaboración y fueron los amigos @karii, @artsyjose
y la amiga @neilamarcano, juntos hicimos un equipo fabuloso, espero verlos el próximo año.
Ya en el parque los Caobos, con el toldo armado se sumaron dos integrantes más de hive Run, @Chalbed y @Rosbe, allí esperamos a los corredores para próximamente irnos a compartir una rica parrilla cortesía de @hive Run. Gracias a su valioso desempeño en esta comunidad en ir motivando a las personas en lo importante que es entrenar para y sentirse bien y el bienestar de nuestra salud, yo también consideré su motivación y me comprometí conmigo misma que debo actívarme para mejorar mi condición de salud, no es por tener un cuerpo perfecto, es por el bienestar de sentirse bien. El tema del peso no es nada facil, los kilos se suben fácilmente pero para bajarlos es sumamente difícil, pero nada imposible. Recientemente recuerdo las palabras de una profesora que está en la etapa de desintoxicación de su cuerpo y me dijo que con la alimentación sana y un poco de ejercicio se puede lograr, entonces con buena actitud se que lo lograré.
Thanks to your valuable performance in this community in motivating people about how important it is to train to feel good and the well-being of our health. I also considered your motivation and committed myself to getting active to improve my health condition. It's not about having a perfect body, it's about the well-being of feeling good. The issue of weight is not easy at all. Weight gain is easy, but losing it is extremely difficult, but not impossible. I recently remembered the words of a teacher who is in the detoxification stage of her body and she told me that with healthy eating and a little exercise it can be achieved, so with a good attitude I know I will achieve it.The checkpoint where we waited was kilometer 11, they passed by there one by one, the first was the friend @vandres, he had a good time, super good that he did the 21k marathon in 1. 25 minutes, my congratulations to this runner, lightning fast, who does it in less time each time, that's how the runners passed, then it was the friend @erilej she is also a good runner, she did 42k congratulations, the friend this CAF 2025 marathon, he did much better, congratulations, his challenge this year continued with the 42k. @danielheve congratulations in This year it favored all the runners that there was good weather in the city of Caracas. After we waited for all the runners, the instructions were to take down the awning and go to the Caobos park to wait for the runners. My friend @vandres was already at the finish line with the other group that belongs to hive Run. My teammates in the collaboration were my friends @karii, @artsyjose and my friend @neilamarcano. Together we made a fabulous team. I hope to see them next year. Already in the Caobos park, with the awning set up, two more members of hive Run joined us, @Chalbed and @Rosbe. There we waited for the runners to soon go and share a delicious barbecue courtesy of @hive Run.

Después llegó la hora de los obsequios cortesía de los amigos @hive Run, todos muy bellos, un termo para llevarlo siempre a entrenar y así estar con @hive más cerca .
Then it was time for the gifts courtesy of our friends @hive Run, all very beautiful, a thermos to always take with you to training and thus be closer to @hive.
