Greetings friends, I hope you are well. On this occasion I want to share a little more about my experiences as a Law student, a stage that I have enjoyed very much. From the first day I found out that the registration process was beginning, I went to the university to find out and once I had the joy of formalizing it, really lucky, I also consider that what is for one will be like that. This was what I needed to know more about this world as wide as this area is, to know everything related to the Law, this knowledge never hurts, to know that we have duties and rights, that Venezuela has a system of laws that is important to know, this was something that I had been looking for for a long time, although I also thank God very much for my first professional career which was nursing, where I learned to be a more humanitarian human being, love for my neighbor, for those patients who are looking for a hand to help them through those moments of illness, who seek guidance to cope with their situation, always putting themselves in the shoes of others. I also thank this profession for those 5 years of learning and knowledge that never hurts in the area of health, where I am the only nurse in the family and I make a fabulous team with my younger sister who is a surgeon, always working together.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir un poco más de mis experiencias como estudiante de Derecho, etapa que he disfrutado muchísimo. Desde el primer día que me enteré que iniciaba el proceso de inscripción, fui a la universidad averiguar y de una vez tuve la dicha de formalizarla, suerte de verdad , también considero que lo que es para uno así será. Esto era lo que necesitaba para conocer más de este mundo tan amplio como es esta área, conocer todo lo referente al Derecho, estos conocimientos nunca están de más, saber que tenemos deberes y derechos, que Venezuela tiene un sistema de leyes que es importante conocer, esto era algo que estaba buscando desde mucho tiempo , aunque también le agradezco mucho a Dios por mi primera carrera profesional que fue enfermería, en donde aprendí a ser un ser humano más humanitaria, el amor hacia el prójimo, por esos pacientes que buscan una mano que les ayude para pasar esos momentos de enfermedad, que buscan una orientación para sobrellevar su situación, siempre colocándose en los zapatos de los demás, esta profesión también le agradezco esos 5 años de aprendizaje y conocimientos que nunca está de más en el área de la salud, en donde soy la única enfermera de la familia y hago equipo fabuloso con mi hermana menor que es médico cirujano, siempre trabajando en conjunto.
These photos that I will present to you today were the day of my presentation of community service, a requirement that I had to fulfill to acquire the title as a lawyer of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, we work on Family Placement, a topic of great interest at this moment in the times that our country is experiencing with the issue of migration, where children and adolescents are left without the representation of their parents, for various reasons, some due to economic problems who have had to go to another country seeking better stability and others for not exercising their duty as parents.
Estas fotos que les presentaré hoy fué el día de mi presentación de servicio comunitario, requisito que tuve que cumplir para adquirir el título como abogada de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, trabajamos sobre la Colocación Familiar, un tema de muchísimo interés en este momento en los tiempos que está viviendo nuestro país con el tema de migración, en donde los niños, niñas y adolescentes quedan sin la representación de sus padres, por varios motivos, algunos por problemas económicos que han tenido que irse a otro país buscando mejor estabilidad y otros por no ejercer su deber como padres.
Our community service work was based on the investigation of those cases, then we went to the community bringing that knowledge about family placement, which is a provisional measure requested in the court of children and adolescents for that provisional caregiver, also in order to have legal support to act in any eventuality that arises. It was very useful to help these people, as well as providing information and resolving some specific cases in the Turpial community of El Sombrero, Guárico state.
Nuestro trabajo de servicio comunitario se basó en la indagación de esos casos, luego nos fuimos a la comunidad llevando esos conocimientos sobre la colocación familiar, que es una medida provisional solicitada en el tribunal de niños niñas y adolescentes para ese cuidador provisional, también con el fin de tener un soporte de legalidad para actuar en cualquier eventualidad que se presente. Fue de mucho provecho ayudar a estas personas, tanto como llevando las informaciones y resolviendo algunos casos puntuales de la comunidad el Turpial de El Sombrero estado Guárico.
This service was carried out in 180 hours in which the entire section participated, it was a team dedicated to solving and applying the knowledge that we have acquired in these 4 years of studies.
Este servicio se realizó en 180 horas en donde participó toda la sección , fue un equipo dedicado en resolver y aplicar esos conocimientos que hemos adquirido en estos 4 años de estudios.
It is satisfying to help people, guide them, in all these processes that exist and that by investigating a little more you can formalize this request of those children who are in your care, it is like legal help to be protected and represented anywhere. Also share everything you know to be a spokesperson and help those people who need that help.
Es satisfactorio ayudar a las personas, orientarlos, en todos estos procesos que existen y que indagando un poco más se puede formalizar esta solicitud de esos niños que están a su cuido, es como una ayuda legal para ser protegido y ser representado en cualquier sitio. Además compartir todo lo que uno sabe para ser portavoz y ayudar a esas personas que necesitan esa ayuda.
