Have you considered sourdough baking if you want to get softer bread with simpler ingredients? No baking powder, soda or added yeast needed, only the wild yeasts.

Actually no, I have never tried that. I will definitely make my research and try it next time when I am baking bread at home! =))
I really recommend that! I haven't used "normal yeast" for anything for a longer time now. I can use it to make bread, pizza, doughnuts, mead...
I will try it for sure! Actually, since I have discovered this method - lemon juice & honey, I rarely use anything else when making bread at home. =))
Also, I will share my results with you when I prepare it here! =))
