Hoy quiero que hablemos de la iniciativa de @votovzla y @theycallmedan sobre dar nuestro feedback al respecto de nuestra vida dentro de Hive y el cómo hacemos para agregar más abejas a este hermoso panal. Quizá yo no tenga tanto que aportar como otros que llevan muchísimo tiempo en esta blockchain, sin embargo, creo que todas las experiencias suman, sean positivas o negativas. Por acá les dejo

Parte de ser autodidacta es que aprendes por cuenta propia con todos los medios que tengas y, en Hive, hay demasiados medios para aprender porque hay gente fabulosa que siempre está a disposición para enseñarte. En cambio, hay muchos que no cuentan con esa suerte y el camino se les hace más cuesta arriba porque no cuentan con las mismas oportunidades ni los mismos comienzos, para todos los que van llegando en cero a Hive y no entienden, esos son los que merecen buenas guías de aprendizaje, buenos tutores que los lleven de la mano. Personalmente, propongo una iniciativa de crear un grupo de tutores para los nuevos y llevarlo de la mano tan siquiera en el principio, así como hacen los de la comunidad @TheTerminal con su Rally 100 y su Rally 500, también hay otros proyectos que no cnozco pero un proyecto principal y general entre todos, creo que puede ser una iniciativa maravillosa para crear en consenso calidad en vez de cantidad.
Part of being self-taught is that you learn on your own with all the means you have and, at Hive, there are too many means to learn because there are fabulous people who are always available to teach you. Hola Arlette, excelente iniciativa la de formar esos grupos de apoyo, sobre todo para los que están comenzando, si no me equivoco tú me viste nacer en Hive, y al principio fue un poco confuso, ya que son tantos los aspectos que involucran la plataforma que es hasta ahora cuando más o menos entiendo su funcionamiento, todavía tengo mucho que aprender al respecto y de vez en cuando me lanzo una de preguntadera en Telegram con el grupo del @ElPausero o @geeklania con el Clan Pause donde tú también perteneces, agradecido con ustedes, que con paciencia van orientando en el camino a los recién llegados, todavía tengo un rosario de preguntas que poco a poco iré despegando, y sé que cuento con ustedes para ello, sigan adelante con su idea que van por el camino correcto. I thought about it some more and I love the fact you like @theterminal so much and appreciate all the pro bono work we do, yes pro bono , you earn and we teach, we don’t get any hive for that . But we love it every day.
We dont need another initiative there are so many already. We are the only accounts, persons and discord who take newbies like yourself under 100 and under 500 HP by the hand every single day and teach them again and again.@theycallmedan was with us in the very beginning when @xcountytravelers was still blogging, so maybe this wonderful and uplifting piece of blogging you put up here will do some good for us as Discord The Terminal in the FeedBack Initiative - Let's support the growth of the community initiative. That would be so nice of you.
So Dan, @theycallmedan, you have been back a few weeks now and we crossed paths already, you can read that this rallier Arlette learned so much she even wants us to expend. So lets get together.

I will go in parts because your commentary has enough fabric to cut through, as we would say in my country.
I love The Therminal server, I love your work and that of all the staff. You do a fabulous job pushing newcomers (I don't count myself because, if you look up "ambition" in the dictionary, there will be my picture) to achieve good and healthy goals within Hive, not to mention that you also support them to create 100% original and 100% exclusive content for the platform. Honestly, you don't need anything else (only me in the staff, hahaha, just kidding), everything is perfect and I hope you keep it up for a long, long time.
I'm talking about a more global initiative, that we make more global initiatives, that are not only initiatives for a specific target but for everyone in general. There must be a way to reach each and every one of the users of the blockchain. In addition to that, educate users financially about Hive and the dangers of just using it to generate money, get it out and that's it, I think this is more important because when the currency loses value, we lose users and if that happens, what are our efforts worth? As we say in my country: "Food for today, hunger for tomorrow", we need and we want, and we intend Hive to last in time.

Your proposal is aimed at communities and I consider that there are many and very good, I rather think that we need votes. The vote not only makes you feel with self-esteem and want to continue publishing, but it allows you to feel that the golden time you spent on your publication was valued. I believe that @theycallmedan will bring us good news on improving our platform.
