The First Anniversary of our Marriage

in GEMS7 months ago

Marriage is something that almost every single guy goes through in their lives and depending upon your other half it determines the rest of your life and I feel like I am grateful that my other half is just a fresh breeze of Air in my Life.

It has been exactly a year when we got married and truth be told I was very worried as to how she would be able to integrate into our lives but thanks to her flexibility she has seamlessly integrated into our Family so much that my Mom considers her as her own daughter . So yeah it can be said without doubt that my Wife has definitely made our lives interesting.

As for today we went to offer our prayers to a Temple which was located in Sevoke which is a popular Tourist Destination. This was a temple that I used to visit at least once a month while I used to stay nearby but since I moved to a different district all together I rarely had a chance to visit here. So I decided that this temple would be the right place to offer our prayers after completing one year of our marriage. I couldn’t take any pictures inside the temple as Photography was prohibited and I decided to honour their decision.

Since we were fasting all throughout the morning we went straight to a food joint once we completed our PUJA and we ate some Thukpa and Paratha. But this Food Joint only served Veg Food which means there was no Chicken in my Thukpa but as I expected the lack of Chicken didn’t make a difference for me at all. It was freaking delicious and even more the parathas were crunchy and flaky which was awesome to have with the mushy sabji that they served with the parathas.

With that we had our breakfast and we took off to visit some family members and spend the noon and evening with them. It was fun talking about old times and having a blast while having food. So I can say that our First Marriage Anniversary was well spent.
