Hiiiii........it's been a while.
I had little issues uploading a post so I hope this gets uploaded.
My abs, I still don't have them but I hope I can have them soon.
It all started sometimes during the lockdown. We were not able to go anywhere and I was getting tired of the same routine of waking up, eating,doing random things and going back to sleep. I was bored most of the time and if you know me you should know I really hate being bored. I also heard an idle man is the devil's workshop which I don't want to be.
On another boring afternoon, while browsing through my Android I came across different workout apps like I was drawn to it, I mean the nice and and booty and hips and nice legs and I really wanted to have it. So I decided to download one of the apps, gosh! It took me some minutes to decide so I downloaded the app WORKOUT PRO. It's actually a great app for workouts.
So I started the workout the next days, I did plank, lunges and so many others, I discovered my muscles was fucking stiff the next day I woke up with pains all over my body but guess what I still did my workout but I skipped some difficult ones and I discovered that not stopping when am tired and having pains all over actually helps me cuz the next morning I also had my workout and guess what the pain reduced.
Then in-between I took I'll with typhoid fever so I couldn't continue my workout. I actually didn't want to stop but I felt so weak and tired so that was how I stopped being devoted to my workout.
Tho I heard comments about my body shape and stuffs but have not been able to do my workout and so I have this little belle fat. I just hope I can continue sometimes soon.
