Quite often model have to suffer, sometimes less, sometimes more in order to get some much more artistic image. Like here it is not so much convenient to lay down on a cold glass floor, but could be really worse...

Feet in the reflection caught my eye. Then the window below just interrupts the flow injecting its light taking away from the head resting on the arm.
Well, it brings even one more dimension into the frame, making composition even more interesting. And feet reflection is like Bunny ears.. :D
