There is a forest on the right. It is located on a high ridge and is fairly dry. Here are a couple of pictures from his lip.

The edge of the swamp abuts against Rybachye Lake. A path runs along the very edge. It's very picturesque. But this time my path was through the swamp itself and only sometimes I went out to the lake. A piercing cold wind blew from the lake and I didn't want to be there for a long time.

Loved the Post! I have spent some time in Swamps. Louisiana and Florida, USA.
I had a couple kool friend groups in each place. A FRIKKIN Indian on an airboat showed me how to jump onto and swim with the alligators in the Florida Everglades! They got places back there where they all go hang out.
Then, in Louisiana it’s about the houseboats! They look like a house... but they are floating. Sometimes kilometer of wires to bring electric in... sometimes generators.
So... you would not believe the look on those Cajuns faces in Louisiana when I was staying at their houseboat... and out boating around we came on some gators... and I jumped in!
Brought one right up to the boat... I am laughing so hard right now remembering it!
You are a brave guy and you are lucky to visit such interesting places. Our swamps are much quieter, although there are also completely impassable ones.
I also like swamps because there are few people. You are left alone with nature :)

This is a new mirrorless camera. But I'm shooting in RAW mode, so development is needed. I make it in Lightroom.
