Hola, un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad. Este es mi primer post, así que me presento; soy Mediyen y estoy feliz de haber encontrado esta comunidad, un lugar para compartir mis ideas, pues me gusta escribir y ahora las puedo compartir con ustedes. Una Mente curiosa

	Desde pequeña he tenido una mente muy curiosa e intranquila; descubría el mundo con maravilla y asombro, era una exploradora de todo lo nuevo que tenía frente a mí. Comencé escribiendo freces y pensamientos cortos a los 9 años, cada cierto tiempo sentía una necesidad enorme y volvía a tomar lápiz y papel, Fue en el 2016 que le di forma a mi primer libro y el único que he publicado hasta ahora.Tengo otros ya terminados y uno en revisión. No me considero escritora, únicamente disfruto de escribir y compartir ideas o experiencias que a otro le pueda aportar algo positivo. I started writing phrases and short thoughts when I was 9 years old, from time to time I felt an enormous need and took up pencil and paper again. It was in 2016 that I gave shape to my first book and the only one I have published so far. I have others already finished and one under review. I don't consider myself a writer, I just enjoy writing and sharing ideas or experiences that can bring something positive to another.

Otra de mis aficiones es la fotografía, me gusta la fotografía de moda y producto, fotografiar atardeceres y playas en especial. La decisión

Yo quería una profesión que tuviera que ver con arte, pero lamentablemente no tenía ningún talento artístico, bailaba, cantaba, pintaba, escribía, pero todo como el promedio, nada sobresaliente que me hiciera una artista, tampoco había ninguna escuela donde pudiera aprender y desarrollarme profesionalmente. Me habría encantado que en mi ciudad o en mi país, existiera una escuela como las hay en otros países donde preparan a los estudiantes como artistas integrales. Que cantan baila, actúan y les enseñan a tocar algún instrumento, desarrollar habilidades y dones artísticos. Una escuela como Hollywoods Arts en la serie Victorious de Nickelodeon. Pero como por ahí no se medió. Entonces, tome la decisión de estudiar Diseño de Moda pues desde muy niña aprendí a coser y a crear mis propios diseños, ya a los 13 años, confeccionaba, cortaba y cosía mis prendas de vestir. Así que estudie la carrera de Diseño de Moda y ha sido muy gratificante para mí. Es maravilloso ver cómo crece una idea en la mente, plasmarla en papel, cortarla en la tela y convertirla en una prenda que alguien disfrutara.	I wanted a profession that had to do with art, but unfortunately I had no artistic talent, I danced, sang, painted, wrote, but everything was average, nothing outstanding that would make me an artist, nor was there any school where I could learn and develop myself professionally. I would have loved that in my city or in my country, there was a school like there are in other countries where they prepare students as integral artists. They sing, dance, act and prepare them to play an instrument and develop artistic skills and gifts. A school like Hollywoods Arts in the Nickelodeon series Victorious. So, I made the decision to study Fashion Design because from a very young age I learned to sew and create my own designs, and at the age of 13, I made, cut and sewed my clothes. So I studied Fashion Design and it has been very rewarding for me. It is wonderful to see an idea grow in the mind, put it on paper, cut it into the fabric and turn it into a garment that someone will enjoy.
Poder producir prendas que las personas utilizarán para expresar quiénes son a través de ellas es muy satisfactorio. Cultivando mis mundos

Por otra parte, también, me ocupo de mi mundo interior, de cuidarlo y mantenerme vibrando en positivo, practico meditación y puedo decirles que la meditación transformo mi vida, me ha ayudado a sanar, trascender limitaciones y a percibir el mundo y los acontecimientos, con amor. Esto a su vez me ha permitido tener mejores relaciones sociales y más empáticas.
	On the other hand, I also take care of my inner world, taking care of it and keeping myself vibrating positively, I practice meditation and I can tell you that meditation transformed my life, it has helped me heal, transcend limitations and perceive the world and events with love. This in turn has allowed me to have better social relationships and more empathic.

Tengo una rutina de ejercicios para cuidar y fortalecer mi cuerpo y constantemente estoy aprendiendo cosas nuevas ejercitando también mi mente. Me siento seducida por temas como las neurociencias y la física cuántica, así como las relaciones humanas y sus matices.

I have a weekly army routine to take care of and strengthen my body and I am constantly learning new things while also exercising my mind. I am seduced by topics such as neuroscience and quantum physics, as well as human relationships and their nuances.

Cada vez que puedo trato de estar en la naturaleza, pues me conecto de una forma profunda, ya sea en el campo, la montaña, bosque o playa todo lo disfruto y entro en armonía con el lugar, con mi entorno sintiendo y agradeciendo.

Whenever I can I try to be in nature, because I connect in a profound way, whether in the countryside, the mountains, the forest or the beach, I enjoy everything and I am in harmony with the place, with my surroundings, feeling and being grateful.

MI pecado

Recuerdas que dije que me gustaba bailar, bueno uno de los géneros que más disfruto bailar es el reggaeton. Soy quizás un tantín paradójica deslizándome entre la meditación, la Física Cuántica y el reggaetón. Si lo confieso 🙋 es mi pecado "Me gusta bailar reggaetón" 😜 por supuesto cero vulgaridad, me gusta bailar varios géneros entre ellos el polémico reggaetón, creo que se puede disfrutar de la parte buena que un género ofrece, dejando de lado todo aquello que no nos resuene.

Remember that I said that I liked to dance, well one of the genres that I enjoy dancing the most is reggaeton. I am perhaps a bit of a paradox slipping between meditation, Quantum Physics and reggaeton. If I confess it 🙋 it's my sin "I like to dance reggaeton" 😜 of course zero vulgarity, I like to dance various genres including the controversial reggaeton, I think you can enjoy the good part that a genre offers, leaving aside everything that don't resonate with us
