Fried sea bream with potatoes
Recipe for 2 people
2 sea bream
400 gr potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley leaves
Flour
Preparation
Cleaning / washing sea bream
Remove offal, deshing
Cut the sea bream at the thick spot from the head to the caudal fin so that it cooks evenly.
Season with salt and pepper. In the abdomen of the sea bream also season and put garlic cloves with leaf parsley in.
Turn the sea bream into flour and fry with olive oil until the skin is crispy.
In the oven at 140 ° C for about 20 minutes
Cook potatoes normally in salted water
