Insertion tendinopathy of the right deltoid muscle – my tendon (that connects my shoulder muscle to the bone) is irritated or damaged.
i think i have this :D if you tell me it hurts only in specific position and it hurts to the point of tears i will call it a pandemic of deltoid muscle :D
those weird injuries suck. especially muscle/tendon injuries as it is hard to find anyone who would actually have a clue.
i was in the it will go away mood for few weeks, now i am in who the f should i go to for this. Orthopedist are useless (if you don't need operation), learned it last time. Had similar talking for 10 minutes situation :D
The local grandma who fix everything (fixed my dislocated knee 4 times) died last year :( Last time i was there we talked about WW 2 and what she remember about it, must say i was fascinated she was able to fix people in that age.
Keep us updated with the therapy :D Good luck.
Oh, so I'm not the only one! I'm going crazy because it's my right arm…I need it! 😂You’re right, old remedies from our grandmothers were always the best.I remember my grandmother had a natural remedy for these kinds of injuries. She used to pick leaves from a tree, soak them in alcohol, and put them on wounds. In a few days, it would be better. Sadly, no one in the family remembers what tree it was.
For a cough, she always used sweet turnip and sugar…it worked every time. I miss that 😔
Let's see what they'll do with me now…😂
