'Poor'. While searching the internet for inspiration to make the drawing, I came across an image that included the Scottish proverb that I placed above ... and it left me reflecting ... What is being poor? Is it just not having money? ... there are people who have millions of dollars, but lack empathy with the world, who are arrogant, who lack values! ... my father would say that these are miserable .Today the theme of the #dailydrawingchallenge is
And there are people with very few resources, but with a big heart, with humility and joy for life! ... and therein lies their fortune ... and then, I thought, poverty is in the mind and in the heart, in the way in which you are able to face the challenge of living! .. what you do with what you have at hand... if you are capable to be resilient and not let yourself be depressed by the external, then you are already rich! If you are able to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, you are worth gold! ...
Today I drew a vagabond sitting on the side of a sidewalk, perhaps thinking the same thing as me ... hahaha!
