Hygenic Naan Baking at Home
Make food at home and stay safe , Corona is killing humanity and we have to make everything at home to be safe, I love Baking and i always try to make new things during quarantine. you should have home skills to better time pass at home , my family love to eat new things and i love to make new things .
Today morning Mom was feeling carving to eat something different.
Baking is not an easy to do task you must be skillful , A mistake can destruct your struggle.
so i am going to share Naan recipe i made it on Tawa , as i have no Oven .
Naan Homemade Recipe
Plain Flour 1 Kg
Yeast 1 TSP
Milk 1 Cup
Curd 1/2 Cup
Mutton Keema 1 Kg
Salt Half TSp
Sugar Half Spoon
Garam Masala 1/2 Spoon
Red Chilli 1/2 Spoon
Green Chilli 1/2 Spoon
Coriander 1 SP
chopped Onion
Making a Dough
add some baking soda to flour and add half spoon sugar and half spoon salt add 1 spoon yeast and make dough through luke warm milk and add curd into it let the dough rise for 2 hour,
Mutton Keema
add spices to Keema and chopped onion and mix it very well , make balls of dough and stretch as like you are making a loaf and add mutton into it.
