Ingredients:
Corn flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup,
All purpose flour 2 tablespoons,
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1/4 cup,
Water two and a half cups,
1/4 teaspoon
baking soda
Oil to fry
Spices for Nachos
Dilli chili 2 tsp
Mix Herb 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Steps to follow:
- Mix maize flour, rice flour and refined flour in a large pot.
- Add water, butter, salt and soda in a pan and allow the water to boil and as soon as the water comes to a boil add the mix flour gradually and mix it and cook it for two minutes covered in a low flame.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- When the mixture cools down, make dough and one size dough.
- Cut a long strip of bread into a square shape and roll it with a fork.
- Cut the strips in triangular shape with a knife.
- Now fry them in light hot oil till it becomes crisp and keep it out in a plate and add spices along with it.
Salsa for nachos
- Roasted Tomatoes 2,
- paprika 1 roasted,
- finely chopped onions,
- garlic black roasted 5,
- olive oil 1 tsp,
- lemon juice 1/2 tsp,
- tomato chili sauce 2 tsp,
- chili flakes 1 tsp ,
- Mix Herb 1 tsp,
- Salt 1/2 tsp,
- Basil 1 tsp,
- Fresh Parsley 2 tsp or Dry Parsley 1 tsp.
Steps for Salsa
- First of all, chop roasted tomatoes and paprika and add finely chopped onions, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tomato-chili sauce, chili flakes, mix herbs, salt, basil and parsley and mix all the ingredients well.
- Mix and prepare salsa.
- Serve with nachos.
