How to protect yourself from VISUAL IMPAIRMENT

our daily life activities are restless from using electronic devices and staying long hours staring at screens.
therefore, it is commonly known of the dangers we face from harmful lights that we can't avoid completely but, we can manage to reduce its harmful effect on our eyes.

here are 2 simple techniques on how to prevent visual impairment:

  • 1st : just like any organ in our body. the eyes have to rest. not only when we sleep but also when they are active and performing during the day.

do :

  • look at far objects and raise your sight often to landscapes.
  • take small breaks meditating for 10 minutes to help your nerves refresh and let go of the pressure of your senses like sight and hearing seeing as the most sensitive ones.
  • the 20 seconds rule
    every 20 min of engagements with electronic take a 20sec break looking at a 20meter objects far from you

it helps relieve the tension and relaxes the muscles of the eyes.

the only don't there is who personally wrecked me as a kid is :
paying extra unnecessary focus on small writings and details either on-screen or outdoors.

that's it, that's how you protect your sight from getting too much exposure to damaging lights. it cannot be abandoned as our lives depend on working remotely especially now but we can compromise always.
