Today I want to share with you how to make an original and fun party hat with a cute bear in your home. It is an inexpensive and easy to make design that will look great at celebrations everyone will love.
El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo realizar en su hogar un original y divertido gorro de fiesta con lindo osito. Es un diseño económico y fácil de hacer que lucirá genial en las celebraciones a todos les encantará.
They will need:

• White cardboard.
• Light green fleece fabric.
• Medium blue jewelery bead.
• Elastic tape 2 centimeters wide.
•Colors.
• Black marker.
•Scissor.
•Measuring tape.
•Needle.
• Yellow thread.
•Cartón blanco.
•Tela polar verde claro.
•Cuenta de bisutería mediana azul.
•Cinta elástica de 2 centímetros de ancho.
•Colores.
•Marcador negro.
•Tijera.
•Cinta métrica.
•Aguja.
•Hilo amarillo.
He began by cutting two strips of fleece fabric 10 centimeters wide and 38 centimeters long; folded one of these strips in half and I'm still folded again (as shown in the figure); I proceed to sew along the edge with yellow thread stitches; I follow the procedure with the other strip.
Inició cortando dos tiras de tela polar de 10 centímetros de ancho y 38 centímetros de largo; dobló una de estas tiras a la mitad y sigo doblado nuevamente ( tal como se observa en la figura); procedo a coser por el borde con puntadas de hilo amarillo; sigo el procedimiento con la otra tira.
By having both green fabric tapes ready; he folded one of its ends of the ribbon back and then I form a small bow (as seen in the figure) and stitch the end to form one end of a bow. (I follow the procedure on the other strip). Together with stitches both ends of both strips to form a loop with them.
Al tener ambas cintas de tela verde listas; dobló uno de sus extremos de la cinta hacia atrás y luego formo un pequeño arco ( tal como se observa en la figura) doy puntadas en la punta para formar uno de los extremos de un lazo. (Sigo el procedimiento en la otra tira). Junto con puntadas ambos extremos de ambas tiras para formar con ellas un lazo.
She continued to pin the jewelery bead to the center of the bow, then stitched each end of the green strips a 4-inch piece of elastic ribbon to shape the party hat.
Continuó fijando la cuenta de bisutería en el centro del lazo y luego pegó con puntadas a cada extremo de las tiras verde un trozo de 10 centímetros de cinta elástica para dar forma al gorro de fiesta.
He continued drawing a straight line 15 centimeters long on the white cardboard and on it I made an arc to shape the bear's head; then he drew ears; little bear face and a small party hat. I colored the figure and marked its outline with the black marker.
Continuó trazando una línea recta de 15 centímetros de largo en el cartón blanco y sobre ella realicé un arco para dar forma a cabeza del osito; luego dibujó orejas; carita del osito y un pequeño gorrito de fiesta. Doy color a la figura y marcó su contorno con el marcador negro.
To finish, he cut the figure around the contour (leaving a flange at the lower end of 3 centimeters wide, to these I cut its corners). She applied glue to the front of the tab and attached it to the back of the green tape behind the bow.
Para finalizar recortó la figura por el contorno (dejando una pestaña en el extremo inferior de 3 centímetros de ancho, a estas corto sus esquinas). Aplicó pegamento a la parte delantera de la pestaña y fijó esta a la parte posterior de las cinta verde detrás del lazo.
This original and fun party hat with a cute bear. It is an inexpensive and flirty craft that everyone will love in their celebrations.
