We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.Welcome to the Hive community Chris @camerarules!

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, keychain and Peaklock,
  3. The owner password is only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and
be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own
    .
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. Do Not open any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hivians available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Have fun and happy Hiving!

many thanks for the tips!

Here's the reason I will never buy a good camera, if it has more than 1 button that says press here to take a picture, it is wasted on me.

Welcome to the blockchain, sending you a CCC token. Sell it, stake it, pass it on, great way to learn how the hive engine works :-)

Hey, practice makes you better!

Not too sure what a CCC token is!

You will collect lots of tokens over time while you're on HIVE .... It is another reward you can earn on your posts from various communities/people.

Hive Engine. I'll send you a different token to add variety to your Hive Engine Wallet. If you are using a desktop, check out https://peakd.com/@camerarules/wallet then press on

Many thanks will do some more research tonight!

Great portraiture! Nice to meet you. Did you do more photography stuff in lockdown than normal? I've been trying to teach myself with a sony mirrorless but I'm not that great.

Hey! Thanks for the kind words!

Actually, no I did not do much photography. I mostly filmed/shot some newsworthy stuff and cooking related videos for the stock market. (more about that here: https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@camerarules/making-money-with-stock-photography-part-1)

The kind of photography I like involves other people so the lockdown is not the best for this.

Believe me I was not that great in the beginning too, in fact I'm not as great now :)
I've been exploring photography for the past 10 years so it takes time.

What is it that you find difficult?
