Much has been said about the Crisis that my country Venezuela is going through, a Social, Political and Economic Crisis, millions of Venezuelans have been affected in one way or another, so much so that sadly millions have had to emigrate, among them, a sister whom I love so much 😔
Certainly my husband and I have not lacked the most necessary things, we have had a home and sustenance, although there was a time when the crisis hit us very very hard, however, with God's help we have been able to get ahead, yes, making sacrifices.
Last week and this week again our pantry was empty, with very few groceries, it has been a long time since we had such a strong situation, plus services to pay, and no money in the account.
But in moments like this is when our faith is put to the test and even though everything looked so gray, God showed us His goodness again through our neighbor and friend, Mark, an Englishman who came into our lives and has been a great blessing to us 🙏
Today my husband went to do him a shuttle service taking him to the grocery store, and to our surprise! Our English neighbor has told my husband to pick from the supermarket everything he needed, as he was going to pay for it.
My husband was embarrassed as he does not like to abuse, but Mark insisted and told him that it was a gift for his birthday, which was about 5 days ago, so my husband felt a little more at liberty and came home with 3 bags full of groceries.
Yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, coffee, whole wheat crackers of various flavors and styles, canned goods, coconut oil, oatmeal, cane sugar, corn flour, lentils, chickpeas, honey, fruit, etc.

I definitely got excited and thanked God and our kind English neighbor for his kindness, he has always reached out to us in difficult times 💕
For quite some time there are thousands of Venezuelans going through much more difficult times than what we are going through these days, but we have the firm conviction that our country is going to be free, that we are going to get out of this situation, God with us 🙏💪

Mucho se ha hablado de la Crisis que vive mi país Venezuela, una Crisis Social, Política y Económica, millones de venezolanos nos hemos visto afectados de una u otra forma, tanto así que tristemente millones han tenido que emigrar, entre ellos, una hermana a quien tanto quiero 😔
Ciertamente a mi esposo y a mi prácticamente no nos ha faltado lo más necesario, hemos tenido hogar y sustento, aunque hubo un tiempo en que la Crisis nos golpeó muy muy duro, sin embargo, con la ayuda de Dios hemos podido salir adelante, eso sí, haciendo sacrificios.
La semana pasada y está semana nuevamente nuestra alacena estaba vacía, con muy pocos víveres, hacía tiempo que no se nos presentaba está situación así tan fuerte, a eso se suma, servicios que pagar, y sin dinero en la cuenta.
Pero en momentos así ha sido cuando nuestra fe se pone a prueba y a pesar que todo se veía tan gris, Dios nos mostró nuevamente Su bondad a través de nuestro vecino y amigo, Mark, un Inglés que llegó a nuestras vidas y ha sido de gran bendición para nosotros 🙏
Hoy mi esposo se fue a hacerle un servicio de transporte llevándole al supermercado, y para ¡nuestra sorpresa! Nuestro vecino ingles le ha dicho a mi esposo que escogiera del supermercado todo lo que necesitaba, ya que él lo iba a pagar.
Mi esposo estaba apenado pues no le gusta abusar, pero Mark insistió y le dijo, que era un regalo por su cumpleaños, que fue hace unos 5 días atrás, así que mi esposo se sintió un poco más en libertad y llegó a la casa con 3 bolsas llenas de víveres.
Les cuento que cosas trajo en esas bolsas, Yogurt, Aceite de Oliva extra virgen, Café, Galletas integrales de varios sabores y estilos, enlatados, Aceite de Coco, Avena, Azúcar de Caña, Harina de Maíz, Lentejas, Garbanzos, Miel, frutas, etc.

Definitivamente me emocioné y agradecí a Dios y a nuestro amable vecino ingles por su bondad, él siempre nos ha tendido la mano en tiempos difíciles 💕
Desde hace un buen tiempo hay miles de venezolanos pasando por momentos muchos más difíciles que lo que estamos pasando nosotros en estos días, pero tenemos la firme convicción de que nuestro país va a ser libre, que de esta situación vamos a salir, Dios con nosotros 🙏💪
