El truco es realizar el ejercicio sin ningún movimiento de las caderas. Mantenga la cabeza mirando hacia el suelo. No deje que las caderas caigan. Grupo muscular que se trabaja en este ejercicio. Abdominales, pectorales , hombros , tríceps , glúteos y flexores de la cadera.
